Shipping Policy

For your security and ours, we ship only to your registered PayPal address. If you would like to ship to a different address, please change your address in your PayPal profile before ordering.

We ship internationally. Please note that the customs and import authorities in your country may impose duties and charges on shipments from abroad. You will have to take care of the customs regulations and import duties.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on shipped items in order to ensure proper hygiene. If you suspect the product you received is defective, you have to contact us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the package, with images and descriptions of the suspected defects. We will then investigate it against our images and quality control. We will not accept used items (with perfume scent, body odor, wear and tear etc.) even if damaged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note that because of the nature of Indian embroidery work, some stones may fall off or some threads may unravel during the shipping process. These are not defects, and cannot be the basis for a return request.

Accuracy of Images

Due to calibration variations in computer monitors, digital images may display slightly different colors than the actual product. Although we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee perfect match in colors.

Product Availiability

All sales are subject to product availability. We do make an effort to track the quantities and update our website as soon as possible, but the process is not fully automated yet.

If the product you ordered is not available for shipping, we will contact you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Product Care

Please have your garments dry-cleaned by a competent professional dry-cleaning service.

Live Testing

From time to time, we set our sites on a live-test mode to facilitate testing of the functionality. During the test, whenever you view your cart, you will see a prominent warning stating that we are in Live Test mode. And when try to checkout, you will get an alert giving you details and asking you if you want to pay. No product will be sent to you for the purchases in Live Test mode, and your payment will be refunded upon request. Your payment in Live Test mode does not constitute a purchase or any kind of obligation (other than a refund upon request) on our part.

Complete Terms of Use

These store policies listed here are to be considered part of the Terms of Use of our sites. Both these policies and the Terms of Use apply when you avail yourself of the services on our sites. When they appear to be in conflict for whatever reason, the Terms of Use will take precedence.
