Yes, we can make special designs for you based on your color specifications. Our design team will work with you and advise you on your options, costs etc. Please contact us or use the forms you will find on the product page of your choice.
All items that you see on our site can be customized to your specifications. If you find an enchanting outfit but would like to have it in a different shade or size, please send us an enquiry on the product page with your requirements. Our design team will get back to you and work with you to come up with your dream outfit.
Please note that the price of the specially ordered outfit will be different from what is published on the product page. Also note that it will take one to two months to create an outfit. Please take that into account and allow for enough lead time.
Our designs are our bread and butter. We give you access to the exclusive section upon registration or upon your first purchase. Please login and you can view all our designs.
When you make a purchase at our online shop, we make an account for you. You can then view your order history which will show all the details of your previous purchases, including the current status of the orders and the tracking numbers if they have been shipped.
Once your item has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order. Before shipping, you can contact us to arrange a cancellation. You can check the status of your order by logging in and checking your order history. Please note that some of the handling charges may not be refunded, depending on the status of your order.
For hygienic reasons, we would like to guarantee our customers that all our garments are brand new. We publish multiple pictures of the garments and their color options. For sizes, we have detailed size charts to ensure that the fitting is as near to perfect as possible without having you in our shop in Singapore and creating a made-to-measure outfit.
All our shipments leave our shop after detailed quality checks. If you think your outfit is defective, please contact as with a written description of the issue within 48 hours of receiving it. We will investigate it against our records and handle it on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we will not accept any items that have been used, soiled or stained, emit perfume scents or body odor.
We cannot refund the shipping and handling charges, nor can we pay for your return shipping even in the rare cases where we accept a return.
If you are in Singapore, you are welcome to drop by our shop to get the garment altered at nominal costs. Our professional designers and tailors will work with you to ensure a perfect fit.
If you are not in Singapore, you can ship the garment back to us (at your expense), have us alter it for you and ship it back to you (again, at your expense). Because of the high shipping costs involved, it may be more economical to get it done locally.
We employ reliable and prompt international courier service, and our products tend to be heavy. High shipping costs are a necessary evil due to this.
This shipping policy is for your security and ours. PayPal advises sellers that the safest thing to do is to ship to the address specified in their records. You can easily change your address by visiting the PayPal site and editing your profile.
Yes, we do. And we provide status updates and tracking numbers on the website so that you will know exactly where your order stands.
Sadly, we cannot provide any information on customs duties and other import charges. You will have to contact your local authorities and pay any import charges due.
